We felt the contrast between the clear quartz and diopside really made for a beautiful contrast \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e⁠\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eWhen we first came across this I wasn't sure what it was but I was able to chip a piece of the diopside free and tested it with the Gemmo Raman 532\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMany of these are clean and can be faceted into gemstones, or they would also make gorgeous cabochons. We've had several faceted into gemstones and cabs and we're very happy with the results.
